An Unforgettable New Year's Getaway!
Our stay was remarkable! The lodge offered all the comforts we needed for our dog-friendly holiday. Celebrating New Year's Eve with a delicious meal and lively DJ entertainment made it truly special. The staff's attentiveness and the beautiful surroundings added to the magic of our experience. Highly recommended!

The Lodge was absolutely fantastic, easily my favorite part of the stay. It had everything we needed, especially being dog-friendly. On New Year's Eve, the meal in the restaurant was fabulous, and the entertainment kept us all engaged. The downside? A storm caused some trouble with the weather, which kept us awake the first night. We had a private hot tub that we couldn't enjoy due to the wind. I also missed the lakeside view at night since it was too dark, which was a bit disappointing. The room was nicely decorated but had a broken table leg and could use some towel hooks. staff were brilliant and very accommodating, but the owner seemed a bit off during breakfast.

lakeside view, rustic accommodation, cozy atmosphere
Missing the lakeside view at night due to darkness!!! Breakfast area could use better organization – chaotic environment during peak hours!!! The table leg in the room needs fixing, towel hooks would add convenience!!!

The food was absolutely gorgeous, especially the Swiss cheese! The staff at Dulrush went above and beyond for us, making our stay extra special. Breakfast was freshly cooked and a delightful start to the day.
While the bedroom was comfy, it could use some towel hooks and there was a broken table leg.

The owners, Bridie and James, made our family feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We adored the lovely food—every meal was a hit with our picky eaters! Plus, the surrounding area was perfect for evening walks along the water.
My children wished there was a park for kids.
